Payment & Refund

Payments for Studio Inartpostf services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on inartpostf.cfd.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from desk@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Malaysia norms.
• Studio Inartpostf wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via desk@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact desk@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Kuala Lumpur unless otherwise stated.

If you only need a quick printmaking check, say so during payment and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Ask for the printmaking lead if the queue splits Desk near No. 125.

Materials for payment are quoted before printmaking labour begins without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. Reference the printmaking page name if emailing a follow-up.
